Quick Ice Mode produces up to six bullet ice pieces in approximately 18 minutes, while Normal Ice Mode takes approximately 30 minutes under listed test conditions.
Keep preparing drinks without waiting.
GRANITE can dispense hot, room-temperature or cold water while ice production continues in the background.
The machine responds when the ice tank is full.
A FULL indicator shows when the listed 700g capacity is reached. Production pauses automatically and resumes after enough ice is removed.
Buttons, dial control and Energy Eye.
Use the ice-dispense and function buttons together with the intuitive dial, while Energy Eye supports energy-saving operation in darkness.

How quickly does CUCKOO GRANITE make ice?
Quick Ice Mode can produce up to six bullet ice pieces in approximately 18 minutes, while Normal Ice Mode takes approximately 30 minutes. These figures are based on internal testing in Korea, and actual timing can vary with incoming water temperature, surrounding temperature and operating conditions.
What water temperatures does GRANITE provide?
GRANITE offers an all-purpose range from 0 to 100 degrees Celsius, with direct-flow room-temperature, cold and hot water.
Can GRANITE dispense water while making ice?
Yes. Hot, room-temperature or cold water can be dispensed while ice production continues in the background.
What filtration system does GRANITE use?
GRANITE uses a 6-stage Nano Positive Filtration System with Sediment, Carbon Composite and Nano Positive Plus filters. Performance can vary with source water, filter condition, usage and environment.
How often are the GRANITE filters replaced?
The listed cycles are 4 months for the Sediment Filter, 4 months for the Carbon Composite Filter and 8 months for the Nano Positive Plus Filter.
What sterilisation features are included?
GRANITE includes In & Out Auto Electrolysis Sterilisation and automatic UV sterilisation for the ice tank. The UV cycle is listed to run every 5 hours for 20 minutes, including when Ice Making Mode is switched off.
Can GRANITE sterilisation water be consumed?
No. Sterilisation Water is intended for cleaning and sanitising uses only and is not suitable for drinking.
Can I remove the GRANITE ice tank for cleaning?
No. The ice tank is not designed for user removal. Ice-tank cleaning and maintenance should be completed during scheduled CUCKOO+ Care Service.
What are the CUCKOO GRANITE prices?
