Cuckoo service and maintenance
CUCKOO Rental-to-Own and Outright Purchase plans include free scheduled service and maintenance to keep your appliances running at their best. If your machine experiences any issues, please contact the CUCKOO Support Team. A CUCKOO technician will be scheduled to inspect and resolve the issue as soon as possible, giving you complete peace of mind.
Water Purifiers
Each CUCKOO water purifier is maintained through periodic servicing to ensure every unit remains in top condition. Our CUCKOO+ Care Service team visits every 4 months to replace filters and clean the purifier inside and out. Typically, the Sediment Filter is replaced every 4 months, the Pre-Carbon Filter every 8 months, and both the Natural and Nano Positive Filters every 12 months. Filter replacement schedules may vary depending on the model.

Air Purifiers
CUCKOO’s air purifiers eliminate up to 99.95% of dust using advanced filtration technology. To maintain performance, the CUCKOO+ Care Service team performs a full inspection every 4 months. Generally, the Harmful Gas Filter is replaced every 4 months, while the Deodorisation Filter and the 4-IN-1 Ultra PM2.5 Filter are replaced annually. Actual replacement schedules vary by model.

Air Conditioners
FREE air conditioner servicing is conducted every 6 months by our CUCKOO+ Service Team. This includes deep cleaning with a powerful cleaning agent, a full 360° Storm Wash, and sterilisation using 130°C steam for hygienic and efficient cooling.
Washer Dryer
CUCKOO Knight Washer Dryer receives scheduled servicing every 6 months to maintain hygiene and cleaning performance. The service includes detaching the water inlet, valve filter, and detergent drawer; cleaning all removable components and door seal; draining water and cleaning the stopper; steam sterilising the drum and detergent compartments; and inserting antibacterial tablets for a full tub clean.
Mattresses
Available only for the CUCKOO A-LUXE Series, the mattress care service is performed every 4 months. It includes lint removal, dry-cleaning of pillows and the bedframe, vacuuming using a cyclone trap, and non-toxic repellent spraying. Mattress dry-cleaning is done on all sides at the 4th and 8th month, while hydro-cleaning and targeted cleaning of the top surface occur in the 12th month.
Massage Chairs
The CUCKOO BESPOKE Massage Chair is professionally serviced every 6 months to ensure lasting comfort, cleanliness, and performance.
